After a few hours with the very talented male dancers upstairs, one of the ladies who is bi wanted to spend time on the first floor. So, having seen way enough peni swingin around we went down the bright stairwell and entered the dark first floor. It took a little bit of time for my eyes to adjust. The music was very loud and very bad. L asked, "Does this room smell weird to you?" We found a small table with chairs in front of the main stage where there were 2 women dancing - a brunette with natural boobs and a blond with fake boobs. It was pretty obvious that the brunette was getting less money, even though natural boobs are so much better than plastic.
Some observations from the first floor:
It's smelly, dark, and feels rather predatory.
1. Men were like zombies with dollar bills in their hands. When they liked something, they chucked dollar bills on a woman.
2. Stripper heals are ridiculously large. 7 inch heals were short. They're used to slam on the stage too when essentially doing yoga-like postures... loud noises turn men on? How do these women walk in these heals?
3. The women dancers look bored when dancing. bored or sad... not sure which.
4. Women customers can buy lap dances, but female strippers can use female clients as props for men to turn from the stage to become zombies and drop dollar bills on strippers and female clients.
5. The men seem to go to strip clubs together, but they don't talk to each other. They just stare forward at the women.
6. Blond white women make a significantly larger amount of money...
7. ... even when there were GORGEOUS Black or Latina women on stage.
8. One of the Latina women had an amazing talent of vibrating her ass... WOW!
9. The female strippers have an interesting power over hetero men.
10. There are VIP private rooms... there were no private rooms on the 2nd floor. The Pinay stripper we made friends with confirmed that more than lap dances happen in the VIP rooms, but that nothing that the strippers don't want to do happens.
11. Female strippers who came to our table seemed to have a lot more fun with us women than they did with male clients.
Overall... everything from how women and men participate as workers and customers, the atmospheres and smells of the spaces... everything is significantly different. The first floor just wasn't that fun.
