it started out as a place for me to write about observations on the world and my life experiences. in early 2008 it started becoming my semi-private space for reflecting and meditating on my life through the practice of yoga.

My first trip to HAWAII!!!
Holy moly! I've never been to Hawaii, and now I'm going to help Obama win the Hawaii Caucuses!!! I leave LA on Valentine's Day and return on Tuesday morning in time for class!
